Link account

  1. Go to
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In
  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard
  6. Press My Account in the top left hand corner and then press Link Account

  7. You will then see a page that will request you to put in the account number you wish to link. Enter the Account Number and press Find Account.

  8. A confirmation will pop up, check the account is correct and press
  9. You will be taken to the Additional Information Enter your First Name, Surname, Telephone Number, First Address Line, Postcode and Any Other Information you would like to add.
  10. Your request would then be submitted and sent for approval by our Operations Team.
  11. You will receive an email confirming your request.
  12. Once approved you will receive an email with a link to go back to the sign in page. Press the link on the email.
  13. Log back into your account and you will see the additional account now linked. Click on the new account to finish the registration.
  14. Enter all the Title, First Name, Surname, Email Address, Telephone Number and Mobile Number and press Next.
  15. Select the ways you wish to be contacted and press Next.
  16. Your registration will be complete.
  17. On your Account Dashboard, you will be able to switch between accounts if you press Switch Account in the top left hand side and then select the account you would like to switch to
