Register Account

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus/Pages/AccountMaint/Login.aspx
  2. Press Click here to register.

  3. Fill in Contact name, Email address and Confirm email address fields.
  4. Go to your email and retrieve your verification code.
  5. Enter the Authentication code and press Next.

  6. Create a strong password and press Next.

  7. Enter your account number and press Find Account.

  8. Check account is correct and press Next.

  9. Enter First name, Last name, Telephone Number, First Address Line, Postcode and press Next.
  10. Go back to home screen to log in.

Linking account

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above.
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In.
  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard.
  6. Press My Account in the top left hand corner and then press Link Account.

  7. You will then see a page that will request you to put in the account number you wish to link. Enter the Account Number and press Find Account.

  8. A confirmation will pop up, check the account is correct and press Next.
  9. You will be taken to the Additional Information Enter your First Name, Surname, Telephone Number, First Address Line, Postcode and Any Other Information you would like to add.
  10. Your request would then be submitted and sent for approval by our Operations Team.
  11. You will receive an email confirming your request.
  12. Once approved you will receive an email with a link to go back to the sign in page. Press the link on the email.
  13. Log back into your account and you will see the additional account now linked. Click on the new account to finish the registration.
  14. Enter all the Title, First Name, Surname, Email Address, Telephone Number and Mobile Number and press Next.
  15. Select the ways you wish to be contacted and press Next.
  16. Your registration will be complete.
  17. On your Account Dashboard, you will be able to switch between accounts if you press Switch Account in the top left hand side and then select the account you would like to switch to.

 

PIN numbers

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above.
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In.
  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard.
  6. Press Fuel Cards in the top left hand corner and then press Card Management.

    If you would like to know the PIN for multiple cards, go to step 12.
  7. If you would like to find the PIN for one card, type the last 4 digits of the card you would like to check. (Keyfuels, Fastfuel, UK Fuels and Esso cards will all have a check digit at the end of the card number, this needs to be removed when searching) – For example, if the last 5 digits on the card are 1234 5, enter 1234 or the card will not be found.
  8. Make sure the tab Match Last 4 Digits Of Card Number is selected.
  9. You can export the card information or just view the PIN. If you would like to export the PINS, go to step 10. If you would like to view the PIN, go to step 11.
  10. Export
    • To export, make sure the Export Cards tab is selected.
    • Select the format you would like the information saved in (we recommend Excel).
    • Press Get Cards.
    • An editable Excel spreadsheet will download with all information for all your cards including PINS which you can save.
  11. View
    • To email PIN numbers to yourself, press Get Cards.

    • Select the card linked to the PIN number you need.
    • In the purple box on the right hand side. The second option down will say PIN and next to it will show your PIN number.
  12. If you would like to find the pins for multiple cards, change the Card Status drop down to Active.
  13. Follow Step 10 to Export the cards into Excel.
  14. An editable Excel spreadsheet will download with all information for all your cards including Pins which you can save.

Ordering cards

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above.
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In (Ignore the blue textbox).
  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard.
  6. Press Fuel Cards in the top left hand corner then press Card Requests.
  7. Select the card type you would like to order.
  8. Enter your Company Name.

  9. Press Add New Cards.

  10. Enter either the Driver Name or Vehicle Registration that you would like embossed on the card.
  11. Select the products you would like attached to the cards.
  12. Add any additional information linked to the card that you would like us to know.
  13. Press Add to submit card request.
  14. Repeat steps 7-13 if you would like to order more than one card (Will only work if you would like to order a card for the same network).
  15. Press Close once complete.
  16. Check all card details are correct.
  17. If you would like to add on another card, press Add Card Details.
  18. If you would like to edit the card request, press the Edit icon.
  19. If you would like to remove the card request, press the Remove icon.
  20. Once happy with card requests, press Confirm Request.
  21. To confirm that you want to order the cards, press Yes.

  22. The card will be sent through to operations, they will order the card and the card will be with you within 5-7 working days via post. The PIN numbers will be sent via email.

Card stops

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above.
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In.

  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard.
  6. Go to Fuel Cards in the top left had corner and press Stop Cards.

    If you would like to stop one card, follow steps 7-13. If you would like to stop more than one card, follow steps 14-19
  7. If you would like to stop one card, type the last 4 digits of the card you would like to stop. (Keyfuels, Fastfuel, UK Fuels and Esso cards will all have a check digit at the end of the card number, this needs to be removed when searching) – for example, if the last 5 digits on the card are 12345, enter 1234 or the card will not be found.
  8. Make sure the tab Match Last 4 Digits Of Card Number is selected.
  9. Press Get Cards.

  10. Select the cards you would like to stop and press Stop Selected Cards.

  11. Write the reason why you would like to stop the card.
  12. Tick the box if you would like a replacement.
  13. Press Stop to confirm the cancellation of the cards.
  14. If you would like to stop multiple cards, change Card Status to active and then press Get Cards.
  15. It will then bring up a list of your cards.
  16. Select the cards you would like to stop, then press Stop Selected Cards.

  17. Write the reason why you would like to stop the card.
  18. Tick the box if you would like a replacement.
  19. Press Stop to confirm the cancellation of the cards.

Cost centres

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above.
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In.

  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard.
  6. If you have not previously set up the cost centre, call our Operations Team on 01454 333022 or email them at priority@silvey.co.uk with a request to set up a cost centre.
  7. Press Fuel Cards in the top left hand corner and then press Card Management.
  8. Change Card Status to Active, then press Get Cards, this will bring up a list of all your cards.
  9. Select the line of the card you would like to assign to a Cost Centre.
  10. Select the pencil icon next to the Cost Centre.
  11. It will come up with a tab that says Select New Cost Centre or have the name of the cost centre the card is already assigned to. If you select the drop down it will bring up a list of all your cost centres. Press the one you would like to assign the card to. Once selected, the cost centre will automatically be assigned.

Drawing reports

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above.
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In.

  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard.
  6. Press Fuel Cards and then Drawings.

    If you would like to View your drawings, follow steps 7-14.
    If you would like to Export your drawing report, follow steps 7-11 then 15-18.
  7.  If you would like to find a drawing report for one card, type the last 4 digits of the card you would like to check In the Card Number (Keyfuels, Fastfuel, UK Fuels and Esso cards will all have a check digit at the end of the card number, this needs to be removed when searching) – for example, if the last 5 digits on the card are 1234 5, enter 1234 or the card will not be found.
  8. Make sure the tab Match Last 4 Digits Of Card Number is selected.
  9. If you would like to search for all your cards, leave these sections blank.
  10. If you would like to search for a particular date, select the Search Using Drawing Range Date tab and enter a date in the Date From and Date To sections.
  11. If you would like to include uninvoiced drawings, select the Include Uninvoiced Drawings tab.

  12. Press Get Drawings.

  13. It will then open up a list of all the drawings.
  14. To find out more information regarding the transaction, click into the drawing.
  15. If you would like to download your drawings, select the Export Drawings tab.
  16. Select the format you would like the information saved in (we recommend Excel).
  17. Enter the email address you would like the drawing report sent to.
  18. Press Get Drawings.
    There will be a pop up of your downloaded spreadsheet. Open to view, edit and save. (This may take a few minutes to come through).

View invoice

  1. Go to https://webplusfuelcards.silvey.co.uk/WebPlus
  2. If you have not registered for the portal, please follow the guide to register which you can find above.
  3. If you can’t remember your password press Forgot Password and you will be sent a temporary password to your registered email address.
  4. Enter your Email Address and Password and press Sign In.

  5. You will be taken to your account dashboard.
  6. Press My Account in the top left hand corner and then press Invoices.
  7. The invoices will automatically be set to Last 7 Days. If you would like to see a different time rage, press the relevant green button on the top of the page.
  8. If you would like to find a particular invoice, enter the needed dates into the Date From and Date To boxes.
  9. Press Go.
  10. Your invoice will show below, press the page icon to view the invoice.
  11. Your invoice will show in a new tab and you will have the option to save.
