Silvey Fleet’s customer-first approach earns IIC Gold

One of the UK’s most established resellers of fuel cards and fleet management solutions, Silvey Fleet has successfully grown its business by always putting customers first. With a mission to deliver the highest possible standards of customer service we’re always keen to know how customers think we’re performing and provide regular opportunities for them to give their feedback. Inviting customers to take part in our Investor in Customers (IIC) journey is further proof of our unfailing commitment to achieve this goal.

Rigorous assessment leads to Gold accreditation

Leading customer experience specialist IIC carried out rigorous assessments of customer and staff feedback, as well as undertaking their own independent research, to evaluate our performance. They awarded us a Gold accreditation, the highest level available, in recognition of the outstanding customer experience we provide.

The assessments included testing key principals such as ‘understanding and meeting our customer’s needs’, ‘delighting customers’ and ‘building loyalty’. The award reflects our culture of listening and responding to the needs of our customers, an approach that has created a positive culture of continuous improvement.
