Access invoices and statements online 

You’ll be able to access your payment statements and invoices online. That means all your fuel expenses information is in one place and easily accessible. You can filter for information by a specific date range, over the last 30, 60 or 90 days or over twelve months. Your account will also show you summary information and you can view or download PDF copies of individual invoices as and when you need them. 

 

Manage your fuel cards online 

Managing your fuel cards online is easy.

You can request new cards or cancel existing ones through your online account with the click of a button.  You can also view all your current and expired cards, filtering by cards that are new, lost or inactive to keep track of how well your drivers are engaging with their new fuel payment method.  

 

Spot trends and query fuel 

Through your online account you can see all fuel drawn on a company fuel card. This gives a clear overview of the fuel card networks and types of fuel your drivers are using most, as well as the fuelling stations they visit most regularly and how much fuel they’re drawing.  

You’ll also be able to see the volume and value of fuel drawn each month on individual fuel cards. This can help to spot fuel trends across the year and help you budget for fuel more accurately. 

If any amounts fuel amounts look out of place you can query them directly. This sends a message to the Silvey Fleet customer services team so they can contact the driver to find out more.
